Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain case histories
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Meet daily performance metrics (25+ resolved cases/day)
- Participate in weekly team training and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficient with Zendesk/Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral American English accent
- High-speed home internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and quiet workspace
- New York State residency required for local client support
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
