Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift hours.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and product-related questions efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores by being patient and empathetic.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
