Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet/exceed KPIs including average handling time and first-contact resolution
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions to refine product knowledge
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities for service enhancement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor's preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with strong active listening skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in home office setup
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace with ergonomic equipment
