Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues efficiently using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores, resolution time, and first-contact resolution
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional verbal/written abilities
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with ability to navigate complex customer scenarios
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in virtual teams
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
