Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues efficiently and accurately
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed case histories in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless resolution
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution rates
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or virtual environments
- Exceptional communication skills with strong written and verbal abilities
