Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat within 15-minute SLA
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM with daily updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Slack and Zoom
- Process transactions and troubleshoot billing discrepancies
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards for payment processing
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- High-speed home internet (50+ Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Typing speed: 45+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
- Must reside in San Antonio or New York area
