Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Process orders, returns, and service requests with 100% accuracy
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain performance metrics: CSAT, AHT, and FCR targets
- Collaborate with remote teams across departments for seamless solutions
- Participate in weekly virtual training and development sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
