Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and track resolution progress
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and response time targets
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company products/services
- Participate in ongoing training to refine skills and product expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/office environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
