Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex customer issues using CRM systems and internal knowledge bases
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service workflows
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, resolution rates, and call quality
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer and company data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong active listening
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Type 40+ WPM with high accuracy in data entry tasks
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a virtual team environment
