Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in Salesforce
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Participate in bi-weekly training to master new products and processes
- Meet or exceed SLA metrics including response time and resolution rate
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in remote/telecommuting role
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with empathetic approach
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Self-starter with strong time management in unstructured environments
- High-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Flexible availability including evening/weekend shifts as needed
