Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer interactions daily via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve billing inquiries and technical issues with 95% first-contact resolution
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems with zero errors
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using virtual tools
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote/hybrid setting
- Exceptional typing skills (60+ WPM) with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
