- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training modules
- Meet weekly performance metrics including handle time and resolution rates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with empathetic approach
