- Collaborate with sales and product teams to communicate client feedback and improve offerings

- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to strengthen client relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Proven track record of meeting retention and upselling targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Experience working in remote teams with asynchronous communication
