Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into the Zenith Digital ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key account holders, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Monitor account health and proactively address any issues or concerns before they impact customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to align client goals with our service offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Sales teams to provide feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as churn rate, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and product adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working remotely and self-motivated to succeed in a decentralized environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Intercom) is highly preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
