Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client retention and revenue growth
- Act as primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing inquiries and resolving escalations
- Analyze customer data to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and product adoption trends
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to deliver actionable client feedback
- Proactively monitor health scores and implement intervention strategies for at-risk accounts
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews and present performance insights
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
