Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into our ecosystem.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong relationships and trust.
- Conduct regular health checks and check-ins to proactively address client needs and resolve issues.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Sales teams to provide feedback and drive product improvements.
- Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, churn risks, and upsell opportunities.
- Create and maintain client documentation and training materials.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations.
- Proven experience working remotely and managing time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently.
- Must reside within the United States, specifically in or around Columbus, OH.
