Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized success plans for 50+ enterprise clients
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and health score assessments
- Collaborate with product team to relay client feedback and feature requests
- Resolve complex client issues with a 24-hour SLA
- Analyze usage data to identify adoption blockers and implement strategies
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction and 90%+ retention rate
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B SaaS customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding retention targets
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certification in Customer Success Management (CSM) preferred
- Experience with data analysis tools (Tableau, Looker)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
