Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized customer success plans to drive adoption and retention
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions
- Act as primary liaison between clients and product/technical teams
- Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic account planning
- Collaborate with marketing to develop case studies and success stories
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems and internal knowledge bases
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client relations
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and KPIs
- Self-motivated with strong time management in remote environments
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B software industries
