Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and training to ensure clients maximize the value of our platform.
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively address churn risks or satisfaction issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support) to resolve complex client escalations.
- Develop and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Act as a product advocate, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Retention (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
