- Proactively identify and resolve client challenges to ensure retention goals
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Analyze usage data to identify upsell opportunities and growth potential
- Manage client health scores and implement intervention plans
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding client retention targets
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics (NPS, CSAT, MRR)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
