Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and escalations.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess client health, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Onboard new clients effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and deep understanding of our value proposition.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback based on client needs and feature requests.
- Drive adoption of new product features and maximize client retention rates.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase Account Management Revenue (AMR).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support within the SaaS industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex client situations diplomatically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently from a home office.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
