Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Provide exceptional support and resolve complex customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and product training for new users to ensure success.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/NPS) and implement improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to address feedback and feature requests.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure renewal of contracts on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, or technical support is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving goals.
