Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor client health scores and proactively address churn risks.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and relay insights to the product and engineering teams.
- Training: Conduct virtual training sessions to educate clients on new features and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer success, technical support, or account management.
- Location: Must reside in the Minneapolis, MN area or be willing to work remotely from Virginia (US-based internet required).
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Reliability: Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote setting.
