Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Retention: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and high adoption of our platform.
- Relationship Management: Proactively manage a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact to understand needs, address concerns, and drive renewal.
- Strategic Account Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your account base to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Feedback Loop: Gather critical client feedback and communicate insights to the product and engineering teams to influence future roadmap decisions.
- Training & Enablement: Conduct regular training sessions and webinars to empower clients with the knowledge they need to succeed.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor account health metrics and prepare detailed performance reports to demonstrate value to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations within a tech or SaaS environment.
- Location: Must reside in the Portland, OR area and be willing to work fully remote.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Slack).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines in a remote setting.
