Responsibilities
- Client Retention & Growth: Proactively manage relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and drive retention rates through exceptional service.
- Onboarding Excellence: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new remote clients, ensuring a seamless transition and immediate value realization.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries, resolving technical and account-related issues with speed and empathy.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and communicate product improvement needs to the internal development and sales teams.
- Remote Training: Conduct virtual training sessions and webinars to empower clients with in-depth product knowledge and best practices.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM software and provide weekly reports on customer health scores and account metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support, preferably in a remote setting.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and remote collaboration software (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-Motivation: High level of self-discipline and ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Location Compliance: Must reside within the United States with a stable high-speed internet connection.
