Responsibilities
- Manage client portfolios and develop strategic growth plans for 50+ accounts
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth initiatives
- Conduct weekly business reviews with key stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
- Implement and optimize customer onboarding processes
- Analyze client data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and growth targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
