Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new customers to ensure they understand our platform.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve account-specific issues.
- Update customer records in the CRM system accurately and in real-time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or account management (1+ years preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
