- Resolve technical issues with empathy and efficiency via phone/video

- Track KPIs and generate monthly performance reports
- Lead quarterly business reviews with strategic accounts

Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B customer success or technical support
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
