Responsibilities
- Proactively manage client portfolios to ensure product adoption and retention
- Conduct virtual training sessions and product demos for enterprise clients
- Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities for our platform
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to address client needs and feature requests
- Develop and maintain detailed success plans for key accounts
- Track and report on key performance metrics including NPS and churn rate
- Act as primary escalation point for complex client issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and SaaS tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Strong analytical abilities with experience using data to drive decisions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding retention goals
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote setting
- Comfortable with flexible hours including occasional evening/weekend support
