Responsibilities
- Manage and expand client portfolios through personalized onboarding and quarterly business reviews
- Resolve technical and account issues via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales team to achieve growth targets
- Analyze usage data to provide strategic recommendations for client success
- Maintain detailed documentation in Salesforce and internal CRM systems
- Collaborate with product team to relay client feedback for feature improvements
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master new product features
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing tech roles
- Proven track record of exceeding retention goals and KPIs
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and communication tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Self-motivated with demonstrated remote work experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification
- Available to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
