Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Welcome new clients and guide them through the setup process via remote channels.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot software issues and resolve technical queries with patience and expertise.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor client health scores and proactively address churn risks.
- Communication: Maintain high-quality communication through email, chat, and video calls.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and relay it to the product team for continuous improvement.
- Equipment Management: Utilize the company-provided MacBook Pro, external monitor, and noise-canceling headset.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer success or technical support.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and remote collaboration tools.
- Environment: Must have a high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Availability: Flexibility to work US Eastern Time hours, including evenings and weekends.
