Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote support to clients in the El Paso region and nationwide.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction scores.
- Conduct regular training sessions and onboarding calls for new users.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues using remote diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product features based on user feedback.
- Document all client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support or account management (remote experience a plus).
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
