Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships across assigned portfolio

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive customer retention
- Analyze usage data to provide strategic recommendations
- Conduct regular health checks and satisfaction surveys
- Document all client interactions in CRM system
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficient in remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Illinois work authorization required
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
