Responsibilities
- Proactively onboard new clients with personalized implementation plans and training sessions
- Monitor client health metrics to identify risks and develop strategic retention plans
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Resolve complex client issues through multi-channel support (email, chat, video)
- Document client interactions and success stories for internal knowledge base
- Quarterly business reviews with key accounts to align on goals and deliverables
- Contribute to product improvement initiatives based on client feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and expansion targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and communication tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in remote work environments with minimal supervision
- Experience with SaaS products and B2B client ecosystems
- Data-driven approach with analytical skills for interpreting client metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
