Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to resolve customer problems.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and product training for new remote clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to report bugs and suggest feature improvements based on user feedback.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell premium services to existing clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
