- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process to ensure immediate value and adoption of our services.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and solutions within our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and relay product insights to the development team to drive continuous improvement.
- Proactive Support: Identify at-risk accounts and take proactive steps to retain clients and enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Location: Must reside within the San Diego, CA metropolitan area (or willing to relocate).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Equipment: Access to a dedicated home office space with high-speed internet (Equipment provided by company upon hiring).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
