Responsibilities
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations promptly via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new clients to maximize product adoption and value.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and feature requests.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as NPS and churn rate to drive continuous improvement.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications preferred.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
