Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Location: Must reside within the Tucson, AZ area (or be willing to work fully remote within the US).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite.
