Responsibilities
- Manage weekend client accounts through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Implement retention strategies for Raleigh-based enterprise clients
- Collaborate with internal teams using CRM systems to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze client feedback to identify growth opportunities and process improvements
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Represent our brand with professionalism during weekend client engagements
- Contribute to weekend team performance metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record in remote work environments with self-discipline
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm EST)
- Experience with SaaS technology and client onboarding processes
- Residency in North Carolina required for timezone alignment
