Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process and ensure a smooth transition into our platform.
- Support & Retention: Provide exceptional customer service via email and chat to resolve issues and retain client accounts.
- Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback and communicate product improvements to the internal development team.
- Training: Conduct virtual training sessions for new clients to enhance product adoption.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor account health and generate weekly reports on client satisfaction and retention metrics.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical and procedural issues efficiently and independently.
Qualifications
- Location: Must reside in the United States (Open to Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in customer success, account management, or technical support.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk).
- Reliability: Must have a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
