Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for our SaaS products with patience and accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM database to ensure continuity.
- Collaborate with the support team to develop best practices and improve service quality.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and relay them to the product development team.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and maintain flexible availability.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
