Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via phone and chat during night shifts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with customers.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous customer support or technical troubleshooting experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based applications.
