- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Manage ticketing system and document all interactions in CRM
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Contribute to knowledge base creation and process improvement
- Maintain 24/7 on-call rotation (rotating schedule)
- Meet monthly KPIs for response time and resolution efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in tech industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work PST hours (8am-5pm)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
