Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Manage support tickets in Zendesk with SLA adherence
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate technical issues
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions for product updates
- Support weekend rotational on-call duties (1/month)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer support or tech-related role
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and helpdesk systems (Zendesk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Must be located in Colorado Springs area
