Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-contact resolution focus
- Troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools and remote assistance protocols
- Document interactions in CRM systems with detailed and accurate case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics
Qualifications

- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
