Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document support cases accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed logs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical challenges
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles for self-service
- Monitor support channels proactively to ensure timely response SLAs
- Contribute to process improvements and support team training initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical customer support experience in SaaS environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/macOS and mobile platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in remote teams
