Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within 15-minute response SLA
- Process transactions and troubleshoot payment system issues
- Maintain detailed case notes in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Meet weekly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time, first contact rate)
- Participate in bi-weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer support experience in SaaS or fintech
