- Maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Meet weekly productivity targets (25+ cases resolved daily)
- Participate in bi-weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer support experience
- Proficient with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High-speed internet connection (20+ Mbps)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms
- Must reside in Houston metro area for timezone alignment
