- Document cases accurately in Salesforce while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues
- Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure resolution and prevent recurrence
- Train new customers on platform features during onboarding sessions

Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in SaaS or tech environment
