Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases in CRM system while maintaining precise data hygiene
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for resolution time and quality metrics
- Participate in continuous training on new products and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or technical assistance roles
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional demeanor
- High-speed home internet and dedicated quiet workspace
